Hi, I'm Heather, a real estate agent and coach for women in real estate with ADHD. Despite earning multiple six-figures and appearing successful from the outside, for years I constantly felt overwhelmed, never "good enough," and believed that if I could just "pull it together," I could take my business to the next level.
Six years into my career, while pregnant with my third child, I hit an intense season of burnout. During this time, I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s.
After receiving my diagnosis, everything started to make sense—the overwhelm, procrastination, disorganization, perfectionism, lack of focus, difficulty starting (and finishing) projects, rejection sensitivity, and more weren’t character flaws or “just part of the job.” ADHD was at the root of these struggles.
Since my diagnosis, I’ve learned strategies and tools that have helped me rebuild my business from the ground up and scale it without burning out. Now, I’m on a mission to help other women in real estate with ADHD do the same. Building your business while managing ADHD isn’t just possible, it's empowering.
